Biologists Doris Ying Tsao and Dianne Newman have been named recipients of the National Institute of Health’s Director’s Award, the university announced Monday. Two former administrators at Pasadena City College claim that a bribery lawsuit filed against them by a lighting contractor was retaliation for the contractor losing its contract.
